Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected about you by the Lee Kum Kee Culinary Mobile Application (“App”), provided by Lee Kum Kee (U.S.A.) Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It does not apply to information collected about you by any third party.

Personal Information

We may collect personal information directly from you, for instance when you register with us, and through your interactions with us. We may also obtain additional information about you from other sources. We also use common technologies, such as cookies and beacons, in our App to collect information about you.

· Personal data/information (name, phone number, email address, social network account, locations, restaurant address, profession).

Information Collected by Third Parties

Google Policy:

Our App uses Google Maps API(s), a web service provided by Google, and subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, which can be found at: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms/. By using the App, you will be accessing or using Google services (whether you’re signed into a Google account or not), and you agree with Google Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics:

Our App uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your device, to help the App analyze how Users use the App. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the App (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the App, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

We, and third parties, may from time to time make software applications downloads available for your use via the App or through the services. These applications may separately access, and allow a third party to view, your identifiable information, such as your name, your user ID, your device’s IP Address or other information such as any cookies that you may previously have installed or that were installed for you by a third-party software application or website.

Additionally, these applications may ask you to provide additional information directly to third parties. Third party products or services provided through these applications are not owned or controlled by Lee Kum Kee. You are encouraged to read the terms and other policies published by such third parties on their websites or otherwise.
